The year is nearly over, but it looks like the smartphone launches keep on coming. If you’re looking to get your hands on a new phone that won’t break the bank, you’re in luck. Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has officially announced the global launch of its Note 15 series. There are several models to choose from, so depending on your budget and preference, you should be able to find something up your alley.

Entry-level options: Redmi Note 15 and Note 15 5G

The Redmi Note 15 lineup starts with two entry-level options that cater to different connectivity needs. The base Redmi Note 15 is the 4G-only variant powered by a MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra chip, while the Note 15 5G adds faster connectivity alongside Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor.

Both models share the same 6.77-inch curved FHD+ AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and 3,200 nits peak brightness. The Note 15 5G comes with 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB of RAM paired with storage options up to 512GB. For photography, you get a 108MP main camera with OIS, though the 5G model adds an 8MP ultrawide while the 4G version settles for a 2MP depth sensor. Both feature 20MP selfie cameras.

Battery life is also slightly different between the two models. The 4G Note 15 comes with a larger 6,000mAh cell with 33W charging and IP64 protection, while the Note 15 5G has a 5,520mAh silicon-carbon battery with faster 45W charging and upgraded IP66 rating. In Poland, the Note 15 5G starts at 1,199 PLN (around $330) for the base configuration. This makes it an affordable entry into the Redmi Note family.

Premium picks: Note 15 Pro, Pro 5G, and Pro+ 5G

If you want more power and better cameras, the Pro variants are better options. The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra chip. It also bumps the main camera to a massive 200MP sensor.  You’re still getting the same 6.83-inch display, but it has higher peak brightness and improved PWM dimming for more comfortable viewing.

The battery capacity has also been upgraded to 6,580mAh. However, charging stays the same at 45W. There’s a 20MP front camera for selfies. European pricing is set at €399 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration.

Next up, there is the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G. This phone features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and the same 200MP main camera setup. This model gets a marginally smaller 6,500mAh battery, but an 80mA difference won’t be perceptible. That said, this model boasts of 100W wired fast charging. You also get more storage options—up to 512GB for the top configuration—and the same display as the Pro 5G.

According to Polish pricing, the Pro+ 5G costs 1,999 PLN (around $550) for 8GB/256GB or 2,299 PLN (around $633) for 12GB/256GB. Poland is confirmed as the first European market to receive these phones starting December 18, with India following on January 6 and other regions coming later in early 2026.
