Google Drops First Pixel 10 Teaser — Yep, It’s Official Now

Google has just shared a short video on the Google Store homepage, showing us the first official look at the Pixel 10 series that is set to launch on August 20. Essentially confirming that the August 20 event is indeed for the Pixel 10 – which we expected anyway.

The video shows a silhouette of the number “10” and then into a silhouette of the Pixel 10 Pro, likely in that new Jade or Moonstone color that has been rumored. Unfortunately, the video doesn’t show us much else.

Fortunately, we did share official renders of the Pixel 10 earlier today, in all four colors. That’s Limencello, Indigo, Frost, and Obsidian. And honestly, the design is pretty much the same as the Pixel 9 series from last year, which isn’t a bad thing. The Pixel 9 had an incredible design that Google should definitely hold onto for a few years.

Despite all of the leaks, there are still a few surprises left for the Pixel 10 when it gets unveiled in just under a month. We do know that Google will release the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. There will also be two sizes of the Pixel Watch 4, and potentially the Pixel Buds 2a.

These devices are expected to see some price hikes, especially as the cost of components continue to rise, and President Trumps meaningless tariffs go into effect.

The Pixel 10 is slated to get a pretty big upgrade this year, internally. All of the Pixel 10 models will be ditching a Samsung-made Tensor chip for the TSMC-made Tensor G5 which will use their 3nm process. It will also be much more efficient this year, and with the larger batteries across the board, that should result in much better battery life.
