I possessori di Redmi Note 10/10 Pro lamentano problemi al display

Redmi ha recentemente lanciato sul mercato la serie Note 10, di cui fanno parte gli smartphone Redmi Note 10 e Redmi Note 10 Pro. Questi due dispositivi, che hanno portato alla serie diversi aggiornamenti e miglioramenti lato hardware, possono godere anche di display AMOLED con refresh rate diversi. I possessori di questi smartphone hanno però iniziato a lamentare alcuni malfunzionamenti del touch.

Sul social network Twitter si possono infatti trovare diversi tweet pubblicati da utenti Redmi Note 10/10 Pro che si lamentano della scarsa reattività del touch. Alcuni utenti si sono anche lamentati del problema dello sfarfallio dello schermo sui loro dispositivi Redmi Note 10 Pro, riscontrato con il refresh rate impostato sui 120Hz e più evidente con la modalità scura.

Redmi India ha risposto alla maggior parte di questi consumatori, ma non è ancora chiaro quanto sia diffuso il problema in questione. Al momento, l’azienda non ha rilasciato alcuna dichiarazione ufficiale in merito.

@Xiaomi I pruchased redmi note 10 on 18 th of March, its touch is unresponsive and the phone has become very slow.Reached out to amazon but of no use.I received a defective mobile @RedmiSupportIN @RedmiIndia @amazon

Now today it's 6th day and he is facing the same problem with the phone.. he asked service Centre about it they said its not due to hardware it's due to software so wait for 1-2months for new software update to come. he doesn't want to wait for 1-2months. @consumerforum_

@geekyranjit @Dhananjay_Tech I started using redmi note 10 pro today and I noticed minor screen flickering issues when on 120Hz but the same is not on 60Hz, are you facing the same or is it just me ? Also is it software or a hardware issue ?
